Ka Sushi Cave, started as a dream of its founders, Sanya & Rune Andreassen, with their travels around the world, it was in Portugal that they chose to open another one of their projects, a restaurant.

Ka Sushi Cave is more than a simple sushi restaurant, Ka Sushi Cave is a total experience of flavors, where the high quality of the products comes first, from the freshness of the sashimi to the vegetables, and the special care and mastery of our  sushi chef, all that creates a perfect circle.

Ka is the Kanji for Fire in Japanese … the element that unites us and gives us strength, light and unity.
